Terms of Service

We rent lights, sound systems, and LED walls; provide full event production including crew, staging, and power; and sell ZPULSE-branded AV equipment. We serve Metro Manila at standard rates, and provincial events subject to a mobilization fee quoted per event.

Prices shown on this site are indicative. A quotation is the binding figure, and it is valid only for the period stated on it. Submitting an enquiry or request does not reserve equipment or a date.

A date and the equipment on it are only held once we confirm the booking and receive the required downpayment, which is 50% of the contract price unless your quotation says otherwise. The balance falls due on or before ingress. Where a signed contract exists, its terms prevail over anything on this page.

Availability displayed on this site reflects our records at the moment you look at it and can change before you book. If something you selected turns out to be unavailable, we will tell you and offer an alternative or a refund of anything you have paid toward it.

Amounts are in Philippine pesos and, where applicable, include VAT at 12%. Online payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card or e-wallet credentials. Equipment remains our property throughout the rental, whatever has been paid.

Cancellations made 14+ days before ingress: full refund of downpayment less ₱2,000 processing fee. 7–13 days before: 50% of downpayment forfeited. Less than 7 days: downpayment forfeited. Rescheduling is free once, subject to availability.

You agree to give our crew safe and timely access to the venue, a stable power supply suitable for the equipment, and reasonable security for it while it is on site. You are responsible for loss of or damage to our equipment caused by you, your guests, or your other suppliers, charged at replacement cost. Nobody other than our crew should operate the equipment.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend an account that is being used fraudulently or in a way that damages the service for others.

Our chat bubble and Messenger replies are generated automatically and are there to help quickly, not to commit us. Nothing an automated reply says is a binding quotation, a confirmation that a date is free, or a guarantee of price. Only a written quotation or confirmed booking from our team binds us.

Except where the law does not allow it to be limited, our liability in connection with an engagement is capped at the total contract price for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, including weather, power failure beyond our supply, civil disturbance, or government action.

The ZPULSE name and logo, the photographs in our portfolio, and the text on this site belong to us. Please do not reuse them commercially without written permission.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed, and the version in force when you booked is the one that applies to that booking. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
